I'm not sure if you can get it in the UK (not that it matters if you can't eat it. You can use the same recipe and use lentils instead - it works quite well (I've made them before with lentils when I haven't had nutmeat on hand) Just make sure they're well cooked and half mash them so the texture is more meaty, it will also help with binding them.
